1. Purchase Agreement

By purchasing a domain name through NameX, you acknowledge that you are buying the rights to the specific domain name string. All sales are processed securely through trusted third-party escrow services (such as Escrow.com or Dan.com) to ensure the safety of funds for the buyer and the asset for the seller.

2. Domain Transfer Policy

Upon confirmation of payment receipt by the escrow service, the domain transfer process will be initiated immediately.

• Authorization Code: We will provide the EPP/Auth code within 24 hours.
• Push Transfer: If both parties use the same registrar, a direct push transfer can be instant.
• Lock Period: Please note that recently transferred domains may be subject to a 60-day registrar lock per ICANN regulations.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the irreversible nature of digital domain transfers, all sales are final. Once the domain has been transferred to your control, no refunds can be issued. We encourage buyers to perform their own due diligence regarding trademark infringement and spelling before purchasing.

4. Privacy Policy

NameX respects your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal contact information with third parties, except as required to complete the domain transfer and escrow transaction.
